I Want to Proceed. What Do I Do Now?
Please read through our process and important client information before accepting your quotation and proceeding with your booking.
Confirm Your Acceptance
Confirm your formal acceptance by replying to this email.
Invoice and Payment
You will receive an invoice with our Banking Details and Project Number.
Full payment is required within 24 hours of accepting the quotation (payment secures your booking). Once payment is cleared in our bank account, a brief questionnaire must be completed and submitted with your current CV.
Client Questionnaire
Please complete the questionnaire by supplying SA CV Writing with the relevant information. The requested information is vital to compiling your new CV and forms part of our client engagement process.
We can complete the new documents within the specified timeframe only once the completed questionnaire and accompanying documentation have been received - no exceptions.
It is the client’s responsibility to send the Client Questionnaire back within 2 months of booking a project.
Acceptance of the Quotation
By accepting this quotation, you formally agree with our processes and Terms and Conditions.
The quotation—once accepted—serves as a formal contract designed not only to protect the company but also to safeguard the client’s interests. This process is in place to ensure clarity and accountability on both sides.
Important Information
SA CV WRITING WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INFORMATION THAT WAS OMITTED BY THE CLIENT IN THE CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE NOT CAPTURED IN THE NEW CV. IT IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT TO COMPLETE ALL APPLICABLE AREAS TO ENSURE A WELL-ROUNDED AND IMPACTFUL CV
First Draft and Changes
The 1st draft of the CV (PDF and Microsoft Word) will be emailed to you within the indicated completion time; we will go through changes (if any) with you to ensure that you are happy with the final product - applicable changes will be made within 5 days of receipt of the reviewed 1st draft (final documents will be sent back in both Microsoft Word and PDF format).
LinkedIn is completed after review of the 1st CV draft.
No-Refund and Revision Policy
Please note that SA CV Writing operates under a no-refund policy. However, we strive to ensure our clients' satisfaction by offering up to two complimentary revisions following your review of the initial CV draft.
This allows us to fine-tune your document to better align with your career goals and preferences (this pertains to information that was omitted or needs to be added after reviewing the 1st CV draft, and not information the client wishes to add in future).
Any extra revision requests after these two will cost R350 per request.
