1. Payment Method
   All payments to SA CV Writing Studio are securely processed through PayFast using Instant EFT. This allows for direct bank transfers with real-time payment confirmation, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction process.

2. Payment Security
   All transactions are encrypted and securely handled by PayFast.
   SA CV Writing Studio does not store or have access to your banking details.
   PayFast complies with South African banking regulations and employs advanced fraud detection tools to safeguard your payments.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation
   Services will only be scheduled and initiated once payment has been received and verified by PayFast.
   You will receive a confirmation email from SA CV Writing Studio once your payment is successful and your order has been processed.
   If payment via Instant EFT is not verified within 48 hours, your order may be automatically canceled.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
   Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
   If a payment reversal or dispute arises, we reserve the right to pause the order and withhold delivery of services until the matter is resolved.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions
   If your payment is unsuccessful, please ensure:

• Your bank allows Instant EFT payments via PayFast

• You have sufficient funds available

• Your banking details are correct

6. Fraud Prevention & Verification
   Transactions may be subject to verification checks for security purposes. If additional verification is required, we will reach out via email or phone.
   SA CV Writing Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
